Matthew 28:16-20 (NIV)18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Good News Jail and Prison Ministry
The number of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals are increasing annually. 1 in 35 adults have spent time incarcerated or under supervision of the correctional system. And because of the overcrowding of jails and prisons many  are forced back into the streets – ready or not. There are high quality corrections officials working to introduce positive opportunities for change to men, women and children behind bars. Chaplains within the jail/prison systems are working to bring the most powerful change agent known to man – the knowledge of Jesus Christ. As one of our major Outreach Ministry efforts, CLC partner with the Good News Jail and Prison Ministry Team, in particular Chaplain Ray Perez, Senior Good News Jail & Prison Ministry Chaplain, Prince William Mananas Regional Adult Detention Center, to bring about this change.

Cru-Crusade for Christ
Reaching the world for Christ is the key underpinning of CLC ministry, thus fulfilling the Great Commission directed by Jesus Christ. Building disciples and sending them in their faith to win and build others is our goal. At CLC, we are committed to the centrality of the cross, the truth of the Word, the power of the Holy Spirit and the global scope of the Great Commission. Since 2012, CLC has supported the Crusade for Christ mission effort. Our son and daughter, Cody and Kelsey Dunn, have chosen this calling to spread the Gospel and fulfill the call of God on their lives.
